I am a National Counselling Society accredited and registered psychotherapist. I offer online, telephone and in person psychotherapy and counselling across the UK and beyond. I am lucky to be based in Rural Lancashire (UK).

I am an approved health care provider with Macmillan, Bupa and AVIVA

I would not describe my practice as work as it is most definitely a vocation and one which I am priveleged to have. I am passionate about helping people become the best that they can be and makinging it long lasting for them. Throughout my working life I have had the opportunity to help an imeasurable amount of people both here and abroad in many diverse settings from secure mental health wards, Refuges, Prisons, Mental Health drop in Centres, Learning Disability Services, charities and private companies where I have provided mental health support, suicide prevention, and coaching.

I created my private practice, where I offer psychotherapy and coaching in the UK and abroad. I provide in person, telephone and online support which has allowed me to work with people across the world. I also have a sanctuary based in beautiful Andalucia where I facilitate therapeutic and peaceful retreats.

I can offer assistance with a broad range of mental health and emotional challenges as listed below but I have particular interest and expertise in providing support to those and their loved ones who have experienced or who are going through cancer treatment, those who have additional needs, Neurodiverse needs and those and families of those at the end of life.
